Integrated into clinical protocols, LPG technologies support tissue rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, and measurable improvements in skin quality.
LPG offers non-invasive body-contouring and skin-smoothing treatments ideal for aesthetic centers seeking high-demand, results-driven solutions.
Through their impact on circulation, fibrosis, and deep tissue structures, LPG technologies support therapeutic practices focused on long-term comfort, mobility, and well-being.
Since 1986, LPG® has established itself as the global leader in cellular stimulation, leveraging patented technologies and advanced devices supported by therapeutic, medical aesthetic, and wellness protocols.
Originally developed to support the rehabilitation of severe burn patients, LPG® technology quickly demonstrated strong clinical value in treating lymphedema, pre- and post-operative recovery, pain management, and post–breast cancer care.
Whether addressing scars, fibrosis, muscle recovery, skin laxity, or cellulite, LPG® delivers scientifically validated results suitable for all patient and client profiles.
For more than 40 years, LPG® has provided a comprehensive, non-invasive solution capable of treating multiple zones and multiple conditions within a single session. It remains the only multi-application technology recognized for its precision, safety, and predictable outcomes.
Clinics benefit from advanced training, ongoing support, and exclusive access to marketing and operational resources. Through its Academy and industry expertise, the Daniele Henkel Group supports professionals at every stage of their growth.

LPG® was born from a personal experience. After a serious accident, founder Louis-Paul Guitay underwent extensive rehabilitation and observed a recurring limitation: treatment outcomes varied depending on the practitioner’s technique, strength, and fatigue level.
Driven by the need for reliability and consistency, he developed in 1986 a device capable of mechanically replicating manual gestures with constant, reproducible, and measurable pressure.
What began as an innovation for scar treatment and rehabilitation in burn units became the foundation of Endermologie®, the first form of LPG® mechano-stimulation.
Medical aesthetic and clinical studies demonstrate significant outcomes:
These results, achieved without invasive intervention, position LPG® as a scientifically validated, safe, and effective solution for aesthetic medicine, wellness, and advanced skin management.
